IMPORTANT ATTENDANCE AND PURCHASE INFORMATION

• The Full Name field may include a preferred first name. This will be the name used for enrollment in the course and communication.
• Participants must be 18+ at the time of purchase.
• There are no refunds for this purchase. Before you purchase, please check to be sure you are available and able to use Zoom on a laptop or desktop with high speed internet and a working camera and microphone on Saturday, August 19, 2023 from 7:30 am (PT)/10:30 am (ET) - 2:30 pm (PT)/5:30 pm (ET). You do not need the Zoom app to connect to the training. You may join from your internet browser.
• Pre-work must be completed by the pre-work deadline or participant may not attend the live training session. Pre-work deadline for this training is Wednesday, August 16 at 11:59 pm (PT).
• If a participant does not complete pre-work, they cannot attend the live training. If they reach out to TO SAY I AM prior to the live training, they may receive full payment credit to attend an alternate training in the future.
• If a participant is registered and completes pre-work, but doesn't attend the live training, pre-work will not carry over to another session.
• If a participant completes the pre-work, cannot attend the live training, and communicates needs to TSIA prior to the live training, they will receive full payment credit to use toward a future training.
